I have just passed my second anniversary at Soar Pilates and feel the changes in my body profoundly. Every class has its own challenge, my learning never stops and I always feel energized and happy after class. Another awesome element of the studio are the teachers, prepared and attentive as well as encouraging, enthusiastic and positive which also reflects the studio space itself in its simplicity and beauty. ♥ Simone W.

It is the overall atmosphere of the team and studio. A great environment and attention to detail. Not to mention the patience of the instructors. Very knowledgeable of the workings of the human body. The studio and staff are absolutely amazing! I’ve been going now for about 5 months and all the ladies (Heather, Rachel, Jessica, and Barbara) are top notch. Private sessions and the classes are great workouts, and there is always positive vibes from the instructors and fellow classmates. I’ve been going to SOAR for maybe six months now and it has transformed me in such a positive way. If you’re like me and bored with most types of exercise… this is your place. It’s a fun challenge for your body and mind alike. Heather and Rachel are absolutely amazing and have helped me achieve an even better version of myself. Classes are offered in the morning, evening and in between which makes it easy to fit in to my busy schedule. Everything was lovely. The ambience was especially wonderful. I am brand new to Pilates but never felt like I was burdening the instructor or the rest of the class. Pilates is way out of my comfort level but I had such a wonderful time and felt so good afterward.
