I’ve been going to SOAR for maybe six months now and it has transformed me in such a positive way. If you’re like me and bored with most types of exercise… this is your place. It’s a fun challenge for your body and mind alike. Heather and Rachel are absolutely amazing and have helped me achieve an even better version of myself. Classes are offered in the morning, evening and in between which makes it easy to fit in to my busy schedule. The studio space is beautiful and open and classes are small and intimate which allow me to get feedback on my (often wobbly) form. Love this space! ♥ Jessica M.

Everything was lovely. The ambience was especially wonderful. I am brand new to Pilates but never felt like I was burdening the instructor or the rest of the class. Pilates is way out of my comfort level but I had such a wonderful time and felt so good afterward. The superior expertise and professionalism of my instructor last Friday, in my opinion, was obvious from the beginning of class and definitely above par. Not only that, as she was giving instruction throughout the duration of the class, she was constantly watching, giving close attention to each class participant, gently correcting and encouraging each of us to achieve optimum benefit.
